OCTA Bus Passes

Students may benefit from riding the City bus to school if they live a bit farther away.  Or, they may want to gain life skills by riding the bus on their own for weekend fun.  We have been given a number of OCTA passes.  If you’re interested, please access this flyer and return it to our Front Office.  At that point, we will then give you/your student a bus pass that will last through February 2022.  If you want more information regarding bus schedules, please look here.  Thank you!

Nutrition Services

All IUSD students will have the opportunity to be provided free meals through our cafeteria.  You read that correctly--free!  Interested students will be given breakfast at Snack Break.  Those wanting lunch can get a free meal, drink, and a side during their lunch period.  A la carte items can be purchased separately.  Click here to learn more about this.

Paper! Tutoring Service

IUSD now provides free virtual tutoring to all secondary students.  Click here to read more about it.  Students can login directly at this page so they can get the help they want/need.

Care Solace

This free concierge service helps to connect families with mental health and counseling resources.  Many Sierra Vista and IUSD families have found this to be an invaluable resource over the past year.  Please click here for more information.

Irvine Family Resource Center

The IFRC is a great resource for families as they provide a variety of counseling and mental health support services.  They also offer a number of parenting classes throughout the course of the year which have proven invaluable for many families in the past.  Check out this flyer to see the specific dates and times for these classes so you can learn of ways to support your middle schooler, yourself, and your whole family.
